1WILL AN ITEM BE ON HOLD IF IT IS IN MY CART WHILE I SHOP FOR OTHER ITEMS?

The site does NOT allow for items to be held in your shopping cart while you continue to browse the site. All of our Adelia Mia items are hand-made and one-of-a-kind and someone else can put the same item in their cart at the same time. If they enter their information before you get a chance to checkout then they will be the one who receives the order confirmation.You will be redirected at checkout if an item goes out of stock before you can process your order.

If you do not receive an email confirmation regarding your order then your order most likely did not get processed. If the item still remains in your cart even after it says sold out on the site, it is sold out and you should remove the item from your cart if you want to process another order. We wish everyone could get the exact item they want, but with one-of-a-kind items it can be difficult.

2OUT-OF-STOCK
If you want an item that is out-of-Stock, please click the 'Wait List Button' and provide us with your email address and we will notify you when item has been re-stocked. Please note since the items are hand-made it is highly unlikely that we will get the exact same design but not impossible that we get another item similar to it.
3CAN I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
No, we are so sorry but we do not take any special or custom orders at this time.
4CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted.
5ADELITA MIA SIGNATURE
While all of our products are unique, our Adelita Mia Signature items are truly one-of-a-kind. For this reason, we offer exchanges only on our Signature pieces, subject to approval from Adeilta Mia.
6HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ADELITA MIA PURCHASE?
Because our garments are handmade, we suggest hand-washing with gentle laundry soap in cold water and line drying. Leather garments should be professionally cleaned only. Adelita Mia is not responsible for damages that may occur during care for merchandise; including but not limited to washing, drying and/or dry cleaning.
7WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All returns must be from original purchaser of Adelita Mia item and must be reported to our office within 15-days of receiving your shipment. Your return must be approved by the Adelita Mia team. Contact our office at support@adelitamia.com with the subject line "RETURN" and include the order number in the subject line as well and let us know that you would like to return your item and you will receive a return authorization (RA) number. Do not return product unless you have an approved RA number. Product must be unused, and in sellable condition with original tags. We will refund your original form of payment for the amount you paid. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges or postage. Your return order must be shipped and received at our office within 15-days of receiving your claim number. If your order comes after the 15-day timeframe or your return is not in new condition with all tags, Adelita Mia reserves the right to refuse your return. You will be responsible for the return shipping of your order. We recommend you insure your return.

Once your return shipment is received, you will be refunded within 7 business days. A confirmation containing refund details will be emailed to you. Note: refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear on your bank statement. All orders will be refunded to the original form of payment. Items purchased at 40% off or more are final sale and not refundable.

8CAN I EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?
Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment in accordance with our return policy. You can then place a new order.
9WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Adelita Mia ships within 2 business days. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for mail courier to deliver your order.
10I JUST COMPLETED MY ORDER ONLINE BUT CAN I SWITCH THE ADELITA MIA ITEM I ORDERED?
Unfortunately we cannot switch a purchase out once your order has been processed.
11CAN YOU ADJUST THE PRICE ON MY ORDER?
We do not do price adjustments.
12DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we do not offer international shipments.

We use a flat rate shipping and handling charge based on purchase order total. Shipping in conjunction with promotions may result in charges different than outlined below.
